I’m the co-founder and president of PropertyManagement.com. I spent ten years building and running a property management company, and now I’m building the trust layer I wish we’d had the whole time.
In 2014 I co-founded OneRent with Greg Toschi and Rico Mok. It grew into Poplar Homes, a full-service property management company with 300+ people in 17 states, backed by $131.9M in funding. We grew it to 15,000 doors at its peak, and Evernest acquired it at the end of 2024.
In 2025 I joined Matt Speer to build PropertyManagement.com. Owners can’t tell a great manager from a lucky one, and great managers have no neutral way to prove the difference. We’re fixing that with verified performance from a manager’s own software and surveys of the owners they work for.
Jackson, Wyoming is home, with my wife and our daughter. Summers are for rivers getting lost in the mountains. Winters are for great meals and skiing powder. Oh, and I DJ as Chuck Roast on Double Wide, 89.1 KHOL.
